Hartzell Design is a one-person studio in Philadelphia, run by Chris Hartzell. This page says what happens to information you send through the teardown form on this site.

What the form collects

If you request a teardown, the form collects:

• Name
• Email
• Company
• Website, if you include one
• Team size
• Workflow details — what your team does, and which workflow is most frustrating

How it's processed

The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers the submission to chris@hartzell.design. Formspree receives the fields you submit so it can pass them on.

How it's used

I use this information only to deliver the teardown and to follow up with you about it. I don't sell your data.

Deletion

To ask me to delete what you sent, email chris@hartzell.design.
